The idea all started in the early to mid 2000's, as a young kid who loved sports and fashion. At the age of 14, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime to sign a contract with the Duncanville Dragons, and that alone gave me the ability to branch out, make new friends, see more of the country, and gain life experiences.

This was the first time some of my designs were seen by others outside of school. I would take different colors of paint and splatter them on denim. I took scissors and sandpaper to distress clothing, giving it a vintage look.

My teammates had no clue I was doing this to my clothes, and in fact, often asked where I got them. After finding out that it was me doing all this, rather than buying the clothes already distressed, they were asking me to do the same to theirs.
